Good deal on Carpet.....

I can't believe we are finally getting close to moving in. I am sure we have at least a month left, but is so exciting to be able to see it getting closer and closer. We have our drywall scheduled for next Wednesday, then come the kitchen floors, paint, and carpet.
This is where the good deal on carpet comes in, I was wondering if any of you have found a place where you can get a medium to high grade carpet for a deal? I am sure so many of you who have built houses, have went through this, when you get towards the end the money starts to dwindle.. lol But I really do want a nice carpet, especially for my downstairs, and up the stairway.. I have heard of people finding places that get them straight from the manufacturer and can sell the carpet to you in big bolts, and we have a friend we can pay to install it. Or if any of you just know of a place that has really good prices, let me know. If any of you are building, or remodeling... let me know as well if you are looking for a good deal, we have been very blessed to find quiet a few while we have been building, and I would gladly pass them on.
Thanks for any help.. :)
I will post updated pictures really soon, I just wanted to get the drywall done first.

Sorry, I have no experience in the carpet purchasing department, but my boss who rents homes and also flips houses, buys carpet from Economy floor coverings. He said they are the best in this area as far as prices and he just installs it himself. I want to see pictures for sure. I am way excited for you.

We got new carpet recently and we got it at Basin appliance. I love mine you should come and see it, my thought is it all looks nice in the store, but you really need good quality it saves you money in the long run some carpet was cheaper but not thick and not good padding. I looked everywhere and priced a lot of carpet samples and took them home Basin Appliance was great and they actulally came down on the price for me. If you buy some other stuff there too they will give you a discount. call me. I know alot I looked lowes=too much hasel, pay someone to come and measure, pay to take samples no help. No one to instale it. Contraters wearhouse, cheaper looking carpet same price not as good of pading. I liked econmoy too.
